After having a CPM rate about $0.20 - $0.15 from January to February, now it is clear that my Facebook CPM rate is now $0.06. This rate had been showing in my account for several weeks. As you can see my payment lately have been above $ 10. Pretty sucks actually, but it seems that other facebook application owner (Other than appdesigner) said the samething, $ 0.06- $0.10. Globally.
There are 2-3 days delay before the money in your appbank account goes to your paypal. Easy money. Well okay ain't that easy but its not that hard to earn a dollar each day.
The rates below are from my personal experience. 90 % of application that i make is on personality/horoscope/TV show category. ECPM rates Appbank :
US / Canada = $ 0.27
UK = $ 0.15
Other Countries = $ 0.06 - $ 0.09
Pretty low? Yes since the revenue is divided into 3 side. First are the ads distributor (adsense, rockyouads etc). Second is the appbank itself, and appbank.com user, which is me. The good things is, unless you are from US/Canada/UK (which give higher rates), the ecpm rates are almost the same, an average of $ 0.07.
That means if your application user are from France and Phillipines, they are likely have the same ecpm rates. Overall i have earn about $ 30 from appbank through paypal. Proof of payment will be given shortly.

One must remember that appbank pay based for every thousand impression, not when someone click the ads. If your application is used by 200 users a day, with 5 impression every 1 user, then your app generates 1.000 impression a day. With ecPM $ 0.40, that's mean you got $ 0.4 day, or $ 12 a month. EcPM rate depends on what country does the users from, the app category (Music, politics, tv show etc).
How and when do I get paid?
Appbank's payment cycle is every two weeks, on the 1st and the 15th of every month. Once the cycle is closed, they issue payment for anyone that has completed their W9 and meets the minimum payout threshold (only $5 for Paypal) within seven business days.
Can i get rich with this ?
If your application content is interesting and goes viral, lets say about 100.000 users every month, then you can get hundreds of dollars or more. Top application designer earn from $1,000 to $4, 000. All depends on your application content and your marketing. Inside Facebook itself, you can promote the app via your friends, groups, or in fan pages.
